About Journey In Action Support
We’re a Chatswood-based NDIS provider supporting participants on Sydney’s Lower North Shore live more independent lives — with the language, culture and care your family expects.
Our three services: Social & Community Participation, Household Tasks & Cleaning, and Personal Care. are delivered by bilingual support workers trained in sensory-conscious care.
Every participant is matched 1-on-1.
We work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants across Chatswood, Artarmon, Willoughby, Lane Cove, Roseville, Lindfield, North Sydney and Ryde.
